  • Orders placed before 16:30 (AEST/AEDT) on business days are usually processed on the same day
  • Orders placed after 16:30, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed from the next business day

  • Orders are shipped using selected logistics partners based on destination and product type. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 days after dispatch
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier operations and external factors beyond our direct control
  • If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact us by e-mail as the preferred method for timely assistance
